ALBERT LOUIS PANCHAUD, Deceased.

Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.

ALL persons having claims against the estate of the above, late of Wilden and Ravensden in the county of Bedford, Clerk in Holy Orders, who died at St. Veryan, Cornwall on the 3rd day of June, 1941, and to whose estate letters of administration were granted out of the Principal Probate Registry on the 6th day of February, 1942, to the Reverend James Charles Hodson Paulson of Risely Vicarage near Bedford, are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to us the undersigned on or before 5th May next after which date the administrator will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims then notified.—Dated this 2ist day of February, 1942.

Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic., cap. 35.
NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having claims against the estate of Thomas Panchaud, late of 70, Willes-road, Kentish Town, in the county of London, retired Rate Collector, deceased (who died on the 2nd September, 1890, and whose will was proved in the Principal Begistry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice, on the 1st October, 1890, by John Foster and Thomas Simpson Enight, the executors thereinnamed), are required to send particulars,  in writing, of their claims to us, the undersigned, on or before the 22nd day of” November, 1890; after which
date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to, the claims of which they shall then have had notice; and they will not be liable for the assets of the deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims they shall not then have had notice.—Dated this 7th day of October, 1890.

ROBERT AUGUSTUS PANCHAUD, Deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.
ALL persons having claims against the estate of Robert Augustus Panchaud, late of 28, Wellwood-road, Goodmayes in the county of Essex, and of 3. Tokenhouse-buildings. Lothbury, in the city of London, Stockbroker’s Clerk, who died on
the 14th day of March, 1931, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry on the 16th day of April, 1931, by Thomas Oblein and Augustus Panchaud, the executors named in the said will, are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of such claims to us, the undersigned, before the 1st day of July, 1931, after which date the assets of the deceased will be distributed, having regard only to the claims of which noti’ce shall have been then received.—Dated this 21st day of April, 1931.
